Estimates and appointments

Online prices are estimates based on the information provided. Appointment requests remain subject to owner confirmation. Additional work, unusual conditions, parts or repairs are discussed before extra charges are approved.

SMS Messaging Terms

By selecting the SMS consent checkbox and submitting a request, you authorize B.I.M. Grill Cleaning to send messages related to your request, including estimates, scheduling, appointment confirmations, reminders, arrival updates and customer support.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information and SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Access and condition

The customer must provide safe access, water and electricity when reasonably needed, and accurate equipment information. Cleaning normally takes at least three hours but may vary.

Gas-related work

Cleaning does not include work on buried tanks, permanent gas supply systems or regulated utility connections. Those services require an appropriately licensed provider.

Payment and results

Payment is due as agreed. Results vary based on age, finish, corrosion, damage and buildup. Cleaning cannot restore damaged materials to new condition.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, B.I.M. Grill Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing defects, concealed damage, corrosion, failed components or manufacturer-design limitations.
